My order is not yet packed or shipped, what's happening?

We know waiting feels longer than it should. Here is what's most likely going on:

  • Grockz tees are made to order — every piece is printed fresh after your order is placed. This means your order goes into production first, then packing, then dispatch.
  • Standard processing time is 2–4 business days before your order is handed to the courier. This is normal and expected.
  • If your order was placed on a weekend or public holiday, processing begins on the next working day.

If it has been more than 5 business days since your order and you have not received a shipping confirmation, write to us at support@grockz.in with your order number. We will check the status and get back to you within 24 hours.

I did not receive any confirmation after placing my order.

Your order confirmation is sent automatically to the email address you entered at checkout.

If you have not seen it:
Check your spam or junk folder. Confirmation emails from new brands are often filtered automatically.

  • Make sure the email address you entered at checkout was spelled correctly.
  • Search your inbox for 'Grockz' or 'grockz.in' ,it may have landed in a promotions or updates tab.

If the email is nowhere to be found, write to us at support@grockz.in with the name and phone number used at checkout. We will confirm whether your order went through and resend the confirmation. Your order confirmation number is your primary reference for all future queries. Keep it saved.

How can I place an order?

Ordering from Grockz is straightforward:

  • Visit grockz.in and browse the collection.
  • Select the design, choose your size (refer to the size guide on each product page), and click Add to Cart.
  • When you are ready, go to your cart and click Checkout.
  • Enter your delivery address and choose your preferred payment method.
  • Complete payment, you will receive a confirmation email immediately.

We currently accept orders only through our website. We do not take orders over Instagram DM, WhatsApp, or email.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery has two stages, processing and shipping:

  • Processing (printing + packing): 4–6 business days after your order is placed.
  • Shipping (courier transit): 6–9 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

Total estimated delivery time: 10–15 business days from the date of order. Remote pin codes and Tier 3 locations may take 1–3 additional days. If your area has a history of courier delays, we recommend planning accordingly.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link the moment your order leaves our vendor. Use that link for real-time updates.

Do you provide international shipping?

At the moment, Grockz ships within India only.

International shipping is something we are working toward as the brand grows. If you are based outside India and want to be notified when we open international orders, send us an email at support@grockz.in with the subject line 'International Shipping' and your country, we will add you to the list.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:

  • Your courier partner's name
  • Your tracking ID
  • A direct link to track your shipment in real time

Click the tracking link in that email to follow your order from our vendor to your door. Tracking updates sometimes take 12–24 hours to appear after the tracking number is generated. If the link shows no movement initially, check again the following morning.

If you have not received a shipping confirmation within 5 business days of your order, email us at support@grockz.in with your order number and we will investigate immediately.

Product and size

How do I choose the correct size?

Every GRockz product page has a detailed size guide with chest width and length measurements in both inches and centimetres. We recommend the following approach:

  • Take a tee you already own and love the fit of. Lay it flat and measure the chest (armpit to armpit) and the length (shoulder seam to hem).
  • Compare those numbers to the GRockz size chart, match the closest size.
  • Our regular tees are true to standard Indian sizing. Our oversized tees are designed with a dropped shoulder and a looser body, size down if you prefer a less exaggerated oversized fit.

We strongly recommend checking the size guide before ordering. Because every piece is printed to order, we cannot process returns for size choices, only exchanges. Getting the size right the first time avoids the hassle.

Are the T-shirts unisex?

Yes. All Grockz tees are designed as unisex fits, they are cut and sized to work across body types without being gendered.

The regular fit tees wear slightly more structured. The oversized tees have a boxy, dropped-shoulder silhouette that works across genders and body types equally.

What fabric do you use?

GRockz uses 100% cotton for all tees:

  • Regular T-shirts: 180 GSM combed cotton. Soft, breathable, and holds its shape through regular washing.
  • Oversized T-shirts: 240 GSM heavyweight cotton, noticeably thicker, with a premium feel and structured drape.

We chose pure cotton specifically because it is the right fabric for the Indian climate, takes print well, and ages well with repeated wear. No polyester blends, no scratchy fabrics.

Will the print fade after washing?

No, not if you follow basic care. Grockz uses DTF (Direct to Film) printing, which bonds the design into the fabric rather than sitting on top of it. This gives prints significantly better wash durability than older techniques like screen printing on low-quality inks.


To keep prints looking their best:

  • Wash inside-out in cold water (30°C or below).
  • Do not use bleach or fabric softener directly on the print area.
  • Air dry in shade. Avoid direct sunlight for extended periods.
  • If ironing, iron on the reverse side only, do not iron directly on the print.
Are the colours exactly the same as shown on the website?

We make every effort to photograph and display our products as accurately as possible. That said, screen colours vary. Your phone, laptop, or monitor may render colours slightly differently from the physical product.


A few honest notes:

  • Tee body colours (white, black, beige) are consistent and will match the website very closely.
  • Print colours on darker tee bodies may appear slightly less saturated in person than on a bright screen, this is a property of all fabric printing, not a defect.
  • Print colours on white or light tee bodies will appear very close to the website image.

If the colour you receive is significantly different from what was shown on the website and not just a minor screen calibration difference, that would qualify as a product issue. Please contact us at support@grockz.in with a photo within 48 hours of delivery.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE

Can I return or exchange my order?

Grockz has a straightforward policy:

  • Exchanges: accepted within 10 days of delivery for size issues or manufacturing defects. No questions asked.
  • Returns for refund: we do not accept returns on the basis of change of mind, incorrect size chosen, or personal preference. Because every GRockz tee is printed to order for you specifically, we cannot accept it back as unused stock.

If your tee has a manufacturing defect, print issue, or was damaged in transit , that is a different matter and we will always make it right.

The cleanest way to avoid exchange hassle is to check the size guide carefully before ordering.

What should I do if I receive a damaged product?

First, we are sorry. This should not happen, and when it does, we fix it without debate.
If your order arrives damaged, with a print defect, or looking different from what was ordered:

  • Email support@grockz.in within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Use the subject line: 'Damaged Order - [Your Order Number]'.
  • Attach 2–3 clear photos showing the damage or defect.

We will review and respond within 24 hours. Please do not wash or alter the product before raising the issue, we will need to see it in the condition it arrived.

Can I exchange a product for a different size?

Yes. Size exchanges are accepted within 10 days of delivery.
Here is how the exchange process works:

  • Email support@grockz.in with subject: 'Size Exchange - [Your Order Number]'.
  • Tell us the size you received and the size you need.
  • We will confirm availability and share the return address.
  • Ship the original tee back to us - unwashed, unworn, with the original tags if applicable.
  • Once we receive and verify the returned item, we dispatch the replacement within 3–4 business days.

Exchange shipping costs to GRockz are borne by the customer. GRockz covers the shipping cost of the replacement going back to you.

If the exchange is due to a manufacturing defect or our error, we cover both-way shipping.

How long does the refund process take?

GRockz processes refunds only in cases of confirmed product defects, incorrect items sent, or damaged-in-transit orders. Change-of-mind refunds are not applicable.


Once your refund is approved:

  • For UPI and wallet payments: refund appears within 3–5 business days.
  • For credit or debit cards: refund appears within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank's processing cycle.
  • For net banking: refund appears within 5–7 business days.

If your refund has not appeared after 7 business days, check with your bank first, processing delays are usually on the bank's end, not ours.

If the issue persists, email us at support@grockz.in with your order number and we will share the refund reference ID.

Grockz accepts all major payment methods via our secure payment gateway:

  • UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, and all UPI apps)
  • Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Rupay, Amex)
  • Debit cards
  • Net banking (all major Indian banks)
  • Digital wallets (Paytm, Mobikwik, and others)
  • EMI options on select credit cards

We recommend UPI or cards for the fastest checkout experience. All payments are processed in Indian Rupees (INR).

Grockz does not accept Cash on Delivery (COD). All orders must be prepaid. This helps us ensure every order is committed and reduces delays in processing and dispatch.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes, completely. Grockz does not store any payment details on our servers.
All transactions are processed through Razorpay, one of India's most trusted and PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. This means:

  • Your card numbers, UPI IDs, and banking credentials are never seen or stored by Grockz.
  • All payment data is encrypted end-to-end using industry-standard SSL technology.
  • Razorpay is regulated and audited under RBI guidelines for payment security.

You will always see a padlock icon and 'https' in your browser's address bar during checkout, this confirms your connection is secure. If you ever see otherwise, do not proceed with payment and contact us immediately.
