Shipping Policy
1. Introduction
This Shipping Policy is part of our Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) and should be therefore read alongside our main Terms: Grockz.com/termsandconditions.
Grockz ships exclusively within India. We do not currently offer international shipping.
By placing an order, you agree to the terms of this Shipping Policy.
2. Shipping Coverage
We deliver to all serviceable PIN codes across India through our logistics partners. Serviceability of your PIN code will be confirmed at checkout. Certain remote or restricted areas (as defined by our logistics partners) may not be serviceable.
If your PIN code is not serviceable, you will be notified at checkout and will be able to provide an alternative delivery address.
3. Order Processing
· Processing Time: 3-4 business days after payment confirmation
· Processing Days: Monday to Friday
· Non-Processing Days: Sundays and public holidays — orders received on these days will be processed on the next business day
· Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 12:00 PM IST on a processing day will be prioritised for same-day processing (subject to volume)
· High Demand Periods: During sale events or festive seasons, processing may take up to 5 business days. You will be notified of any significant delay.
3.1 Pre-Shipment Quality Check
All Grockz apparel products undergo a quality check before dispatch. Products are packed securely to minimise the risk of transit damage. If you receive a damaged product, please refer to our Returns Policy at Grockz.com/returns.
4. Shipping Charges
· Free shipping on all orders (no minimum order value)
· Express / Expediated Delivery (where available) for an additional charge displayed at checkout
4.1 Reverse Logistics
· For returns initiated by customer for size exchange, charges will be borne by the customer, amount to be confirmed at time of request.
· For returns for damaged / defective / incorrect product, charges will be borne by Grockz, reverse pick-up arranged at no cost to customer.
5. Estimated Delivery Timelines
Orders are usually delivered 10-15 working days after dispatch. Timeline is indicative and may vary based on your location, logistics partner capacity, and external factors.
Grockz is not responsible for delays caused by logistics partners, weather disruptions, government-imposed restrictions, or other factors beyond our control. We will proactively communicate significant delays.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS or email on your registered contact details.
You can use this tracking ID to monitor your shipment status.
You can also track your order by:
· Visiting Grockz.com/track-order and entering your Order ID; or
· Using the tracking link provided directly on the logistics partner's website.
If you do not receive a tracking ID within 5 business days of order confirmation, please contact us.
7. Delivery Partners
We work with reputable, licensed logistics providers operating in India to ensure safe and timely delivery of your Grockz products. The logistics partner assigned to your order will be confirmed at the time of dispatch.
While we take care to select reliable partners, we do not control the operations of our logistics partners and are not liable for delays, mishandling, or other issues caused by them. We will, however, actively assist you in resolving any delivery issues.
8. Delivery Attempts & Failed Delivery
Our logistics partners typically make up to 3 delivery attempts at the provided address. If delivery is unsuccessful after 3 attempts (e.g., due to customer unavailability or incorrect address), the shipment will be returned to our facility (Return to Origin / RTO).
· If at customer’s fault, there are issues with the address, order will be returned to Grockz. Re-dispatch may incur additional shipping charges. Customer will be contacted.
· If at carrier’s fault, there are logistics issues, we will arrange re-delivery at no additional cost.
· If a RTO is received for a prepaid order, refund of product value will be processed. Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
9. Incorrect / Incomplete Address
Please ensure your delivery address is complete, accurate, and includes:
· Flat/House number, Building name, Floor (if applicable);
· Street, Area, Locality;
· City, District, State;
· PIN code;
· Active mobile number for the delivery agent to contact you.
Grockz is not responsible for failed or delayed delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. Address changes after dispatch may not be possible and are subject to logistics partner cooperation.
10. Damaged or Missing Items
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or if items are missing from your order:
· Record an unboxing video immediately upon opening the package — this is mandatory for all claims;
· Photograph the outer packaging, shipping label, and the damaged/missing contents;
· Report the issue within 48 hours of confirmed delivery to grockzwear@gmail.com with your Order ID, video, and photographs.
Without a valid unboxing video, we may be unable to process your claim. Full details are at Grockz.com/returns.
11. Bulk/ Institutional Orders
For bulk or institutional orders (10 or more units), please contact us in advance at grockzwear@gmail.com. Special processing and delivery timelines apply, and shipping charges will be communicated at the time of placing the bulk order.
