1. INTRODUCTION
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Grockz, a brand owned and operated by Gappu Cajon Industries Private Limited (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
By accessing or using our website (Grockz.com) or any related digital services (collectively, “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and all policies incorporated herein by reference.
If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately. These Terms are to be read alongside our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Returns, Refunds and Cancellation Policy.

3. GENERAL CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Interfere with or disrupt servers, systems, or security features
- Attempt unauthorized access to any part of the Services
- Copy, reproduce, resell, or exploit any part of the Services without permission
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.
4. ELIGIBILITY
To transact on our platform you must:
· Be at least 18 years of age; or
· Be a minor using the Service under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these Terms on your behalf.
By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
5. PRODUCTS & SERVICES
5.1 Apparel Products
All products are manufactured and sold in compliance with applicable Indian laws including the Legal Metrology (Packaged Commodities) Rules, 2011.
5.2 Product Descriptions & Accuracy
We make every effort to present accurate product information. However:
· Colours, textures, and fabric finish as displayed on-screen may vary due to monitor calibration and photography lighting. These minor variations do not constitute defects.
· Size measurements are provided in our Size Guide (Grockz.com/sizeguide). It is the customer's responsibility to refer to the Size Guide before purchasing. Minor variations of ±1 to 2 cm in garment measurements are within standard manufacturing tolerance and are not grounds for return or exchange.
· All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify any product without prior notice.
Please refer to the Grockz Size Guide before ordering. Because apparel is a personal-fit product, we encourage customers to check measurements carefully. This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
5.3 Legal Metrology Compliance
All Grockz products carry the applicable maximum retail price (MRP), country of origin, manufacturer/importer details, net quantity, size, fabric composition, and care instructions as required under the Legal Metrology (Packaged Commodities) Rules, 2011. The MRP is inclusive of all taxes.
5.4 Fabric Care
Care instructions specific to each product are provided on the product label and product page. We are not responsible for damage arising from failure to follow care instructions (e.g., incorrect washing temperature, bleaching, machine-drying non-dryer-safe garments).
6. PRICING & MODIFICATIONS
- All prices displayed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST.
- Prices are subject to change. Price changes will not affect orders already placed and confirmed.
- In case of a manifest pricing error on our platform, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund.
- Promotional or sale prices apply for the stated promotional period only.
7. ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY
If you create an account:
- You must provide accurate, current and complete information
- You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your login credentials
- You are responsible for all activity conducted under your account
- You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account
We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security.
8. PAYMENTS
8.1 Order Confirmation
An order is confirmed only upon receipt of a payment confirmation and an order confirmation email/SMS from us. We reserve the right to cancel any order prior to dispatch (with full refund) in cases of stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
8.2 Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:

· Digital Wallets (Paytym, PhonePe, etc.)
8.3 Payment Security
By making a purchase, you confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method and that all billing information provided is accurate and complete.
Payments are processed via PCI-DSS complaint third-party payment gateways. We do not store or have access to your full card/payment details. We are not liable for payment gateway failures fraud originating from the payment gateway, or processing errors beyond our control.
8.4 GST Invoice
A GST-compliant tax invoice will be issued for every purchase and sent to your registered email address / included in the shipment. This invoice constitutes the official proof of purchase.
9. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

- Delays may occur due to logistics partners or external factors
- We are not liable for delays beyond our control

10. RETURN, REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
Our Returns, Refunds and Cancellation Policy, available at Grockz.com/returns, governs all returns, size exchanges, refunds, and order cancellations. That policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Nothing in these Terms or our Returns Policy limits or excludes your rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content and assets on Grockz.com – including brand name, logo, graphic prints, apparel designs, product photography, website copy, and visual identity – are owned by or licensed by Gappu Cajon Industries Private Limited and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws of India including the Trade Marks Act, 1999 and Copyright Act, 1957.
You may not, without our prior written permission:
· Copy, reproduce, or redistribute any content or designs from our platform;
· Use our brand name, logo, or visual assets for any commercial purpose;
· Photograph, replicate, or counterfeit our product designs
12. USER CONDUCT
You agree not to:
· Use our Services for any illegal or unauthorised purpose;
· Submit false or fraudulent orders, reviews, or claims;
· Upload harmful, defamatory, or malicious content;
· Interfere with the security or operation of our platform;
· Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access or extract data from our platform.
Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or termination.
13. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
We use third-party services for payments, logistics, analytics, and marketing.
We are not responsible for:
- Third-party service failures
· The content or policies of external websites linked from our platform;
- Transactions outside our platform
14. Disclaimers
Our Services are provided on an ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ basis. We do not guarantee:
- Error-free operation
· That the website will be free from viruses or other harmful components (though we take reasonable precautions);
· The complete accuracy of all product descriptions at all times.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law:
· We shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages;
· Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from a transaction shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for the order giving rise to the claim;
· Nothing in this clause limits our liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
16. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Gappu Cajon Industries Private Limited and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:
· Your use of or inability to use our Services;
· Your violation of these Terms;
· Your infringement of any third-party rights;
· Any fraudulent or false information provided by you.
17. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Kolkata, West Bengal, India.

· If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
· Our failure to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
